Mr. Arpit J. Vyas

Mr. Arpit Vyas, aged about 33 years, has completed his Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Aston, Birmingham. He has gained a rich experience in the field of Marketing. He was first appointed as the Additional Director of the erstwhile Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd (DPCL) and thereafter as the Whole-time Director w.e.f. 1st June, 2009; then as Managing Director since 28th May, 2013 and also appointed as CFO w.e.f. 17th July, 2015. Thereafter, he has been elevated to the role of Global Managing Director and in view of the said new role, he has been resigned as CFO w.e.f. 28th November, 2018. He has been extremely instrumental in the strategic decision-making processes, Marketing Policies and the overall operation of the Company’s plants worldwide. He is completely in charge of the corporate functions such as finance, legal, IT, marketing, sales, etc.

Mr. Mark C. Griffiths

Mr. Mark Griffiths, aged about 54 years, holds a Master’s Degree in Science (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Bristol. He has extensive background within the Pharma industry and has strong leadership skills. He has more than 35 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operation, Facility & Plant Engineering Design for pharmaceutical and chemical plants. Before joining the Dishman Group as Global CEO, he was the co-founder and joint owner of COSAM Developments Ltd., a multi-discipline pharmaceutical consultancy firm. He has been inducted on the Board of erstwhile Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd from August 2014. Thereafter, the Board of Directors elevated the role of Mr. Mark Griffiths from Director & Global CEO of the Company to new role of Director (Global Marketing & Strategy) w.e.f. 7th February, 2019.

Mr. Harshil R. Dalal

Mr. Harshil R. Dalal, aged about 38 years, holds a degree of Chartered Accountant (India), Certified Public Accountant (USA), Masters of Accounting Science (USA), Masters in Management Information Systems (USA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (USA). He has about 16 years of global experience in various fields such as corporate finance, strategic management, management consultancy, financial consultancy, enterprise risk management, cost management, internal audit and taxation. He has been performing the role as Sr. Vice President – Finance and Accounts at Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited for more than four years and has previously held senior finance positions in various global companies in India and in the USA. Thereafter, the Board of Directors has appointed him as Global CFO of the Company w.e.f. 28th November, 2018.

Mr. Paolo Armanino

With more than 18 years of industrial R&D and Operations experience in API business, Mr.Paolo Armanino is the Chief Operating Officer of Dishman Carbogen-Amcis (DCAL) India.

Expert in the design and deployment of profitable manufacturing strategies, he contributed to developed state of the art production Highly Potent plants that increased productivity based on the strong understanding of industrial engineering and regulatory compliance.

His directed strategic support to multiple departments; his customer service and vendor relationships; his collaboration with clients to determine needs to meet their requirements and especially his leadership, capable of building, training, and mentoring strong teams produced consistently positive results.
