Title:  Deputy Manager-Production

1. Day to day Shift Wise manufacturing planning and executions as per manufacturing targets.
2. Supervision of day-to-day manufacturing activities.3. Ensuring online documentation entries and review of documents like BMR, BPR, Daily Logs, weighing balance Calibration records etc.4. Co-ordination with F&D, ADL, QA, QC, Warehouse and Engineering department for day-to-day Formulation & development activities and production activities.
5. Knowledge about the process validation batches execution and all documentations.
6. Knowledge about the preparation of SOPs & conduct periodic review of SOPs and its trainings.
7. Knowledge about the SOP, BMR, BPR preparations/review.
8. Monitoring and timely completion of the Equipment / Instruments qualification and documents.
9. Knowledge about the trouble shooting for the Manufacturing Process & Equipment.
10. Knowledge about Quality management system Like Change control, Deviation, Investigations & CAPA.
11. SAP knowledge for Manufacturing related transactions.
12. To have Manpower management skill.
13. Adherence to safety norms and keeping all time Manufacturing area Readiness for Audits.
14. Ability to train down the line peoples for productivity.
15. Should have knowledge of cost reduction measures.
