Title:  Engineer - Unit - 09

To co-ordinate with calibration team for calibration activities of all critical and non-critical instruments.

To prepare and review yearly PM planner.

To carry out preventive maintenance of equipment’s as per checklist to keep records for the same.

To prepare and review of departmental SOPs.

To handle operation & maintenance of Borewell.

To handle operation & maintenance of HVAC system.

To handle operation & maintenance of purified water generation & distribution system.

To handle Breakdown maintenance of Process and utility equipment’s.

To ensure all maintenance tasks are executed using the appropriate safety standards and are compliant with policies, regulations and SOP’s

To maintain Documentation of all activities.

To maintenance of AC, refrigeration system, ac package units and cold storages. 

To supervise the team of operators & fitters for regular maintenance activities.

To create martial and service PR and material reservation.

To execute, Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification tasks and assist in the execution of Performance Qualification.

To handling of change control, deviation, and incidents within the department.

To maintain inventory of the supplies and spare parts and consumables.   

To co-ordinate with QA, Production and Safety dept as per requirement.

To perform qualification & periodic requalification of equipment’s.

To co-ordinate with External Vendors for new Projects.

To maintain safety Health & environment norms and usage of personal protective equipment during work.

To co-ordinate with calibration team for calibration activities of all critical and non-critical instruments.
