Promote and harmonize Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all manufacturing blocks within the facility.

Address current training requirements related to GMP, GLP, safety, hygiene, job-specific applications, and ensure compliance.

Perform breakdown maintenance and ensure uninterrupted telecommunication services.

Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of DG sets to guarantee operational readiness.

Develop and implement training schedules for electricians and helpers, focusing on practical, on-the-job learning.

Ensure adherence to safe work practices and maintain high standards of housekeeping on shop floors.

Plan, attend, and take responsibility for all shutdown maintenance activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.
