1.    Having shop floor handling skills with ability to handle the shift team of 8 - 12 persons.
2.    Having awareness knowledge of safety and PPE's.
3.    Having ability to understand the process and critical process parameter of the                           
        manufacturing process to control it.
4.    Having good knowledge of manufacturing equipment cleaning procedures.
5.    Having knowledge of GMP, GDP, GEP, GHP, ALCOA, DI, HAZOP, Clean area practices & 
        hygiene of manufacturing area.
