Carry out the production as per production plan.

Maintained online document related to production activities like BMRs, ECRs, BPRs, logbooks and daily record.

Verification of Raw material/ packing material/ cleaning material issued by warehouse.

To carry out process validation/ cleaning validation.

Manufacturing of KSM / Intermediate /API as per BMR and BPR.

To Perform production /cleaning activities.

Ensuring all the works are carried out as per GMP compliance and reporting of deviation if any.

Proper allocation of manpower in shift.

Proper segregation of material, labeling and identification, area cleaning and disinfection.

To monitor the proper housekeeping in the production block.

Before starting the batches, to check the weight of raw materials issued from the warehouse & provide labels to the in - process materials.

To check that the unit 6B equipment are maintained properly and are cleaned according to established procedure.

To perform the regular shift work like – Monitor the pressure differential, temperature and humidity in the plant and record the observation.

To monitor that the unit 6B environment is maintained properly and work are carried out as per required safety percussion.

Supervise the loading / unloading /material movement activities performed by operator /workman.

Calculation and recording of the yield.

Updating the status board.
