Title:  Technician - Instrumentation & Control

1. Employee must be knowledgeable about API Manufacturing process.

2. Employees must be knowledgeable about API equipment such as Reactor automation, CF automation, RCVD, Boilers, Chillers, N2 plant, Water system, BMS/EMS,VFD controlling etc..

3. Execution and completion of maintenance work with respect to instrumentation.

4. Candidate having good GMP and cGMP knowledge.

5. Candidate having good technical and maintenance knowledge.

6. Candidate having good trouble shooting knowledge.

7. Ensure online documentation related to all cGMP activities including data integrity.

8. Strict adherence to safety, health and environment.

9. Candidate having VFD trouble shooting/ PLC IO trouble shooting/Relay knowledge.

10. Harmonization of GMP practices among all manufacturing blocks within the facility.

11. Candidate having good knowledge about Pharma industries.

12. To fulfil the current needs of training with respect to GMP, Safety & Hygiene, job, application etc.

13. Adhere to all the company policies & manuals (business, safety and finance etc.)
