Title:  Senior Manager - Exim

1. Co-Ordinating & Organizing:
                                         I. Co-ordinating with plants and MKTG dept. for delivery the shipments as per costumer schedule.
                                         II. Co-ordinating with CHAs, Airlines and arrange the required documents.
                                         III. Organising the transportation for the material pickup in time.
                                         IV. Co-ordinating with Export inspection Agency, Customs for smooth functioning , Query replies.
          
                                  2. Monitoring:
                                       I. Monitoring  of shipment space booking, Container allotments, customs clearance for smooth functioning.
                                       II. To take the extra care for Priority shipments from plant to until reach the destination.
 
                                  3. Documentation and other works:
                                       I. Preparation of Commercial invoice and packing list.
                                       II. Checking of local transport bills & freight bills as per quotation is there or not. And submit the local transportation bills, Freight bills to account dept.
                                       III. Preparation of DGD and share to forwarders.
                                       IV. Check list approval we are giving to file the shipping bill.
      
                                   4. Freight Comparison:
                                        I. Float the quotes to forwarders and after getting the quote we have to finalize the quote.
                                        II. For finalization of quote we have to prepare the comparison sheet.
                                        III. After preparation of comparison sheet we have to take the HOD approval.
