Responsible for the quality of product in his shift.

Responsible for the material arrangement in proper way in his shift.

Responsible to maintain the documentations like production logbooks and supporting documents.5

Responsible to report/discuss to his manager with all the issues he is faced in his shift.

To monitor and maintain good housekeeping in respective areas.

To perform and achieve department objectives.

Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests

To perform and monitor the packing, labelling and sealing activities.

To co-ordinate with Q.A. for qualification of equipment, process validation, deviation and change control procedure.

Handling of manpower. Schedules and leaves management in shifts

To maintain safe work environment in shift.

Act as an internal trainer for employees on processes, SOPs, quality systems, safety, and compliance requirements, etc.

Perform and monitor SAP transactions related to assigned functional modules for Naroda production activities.

To conduct internal audits as per defined audit schedule as per QMS requirement.

To perform other responsibilities, as assigned by Superior (S).
