Title:  Executive - SHE

Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment: Conduct daily site safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and perform risk assessments to create safer procedures.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations (e.g., OSHA), maintaining relevant permits and statutory registers.
Safety Policies & Procedures: Develop, update, and implement company safety policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and emergency evacuation plans.
Training & Education: Conduct safety inductions for new hires, Toolbox Talks (TBT), and training on PPE usage and emergency response.
Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, near-misses, and injuries, performing root cause analysis to recommend corrective actions.
Equipment & Site Inspection: Inspect tools, machinery, fire safety equipment, and electrical installations to ensure they are safe for use.
PPE Management: Ensure appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available, used correctly, and maintained by staff.
Emergency Preparedness: Oversee first aid facilities, coordinate emergency drills (fire drills), and act as the primary contact during emergencies.
