Job Description:
- MACHINERY KNOWLEDGE: Hands-on knowledge and operational understanding of plant equipment including Reactors, Centrifuges, ANF (Agitated Nutsche Filter), Dryers, and Sifters.
- SAFETY COMPLIANCE: Well-versed in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to plant safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- HOUSEKEEPING & AUDIT READINESS: Strong knowledge of general housekeeping practices (5S) and maintaining audit compliance within the plant area.
- MANPOWER HANDLING: Experience in manpower management, including task allocation, supervision, and coordination of shop-floor teams to achieve production targets.
- PRODUCTION DOCUMENTATION (BMR): Proficient in Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) filling, ensuring accurate documentation in line with GMP requirements.
- EQUIPMENT CLEANING & MAINTENANCE: Practical experience in equipment cleaning procedures and maintaining cleanliness standards as per SOPs.
